Super-easy tutorial on How To install / sideload apps from unknown sources on Chromecast with Google TV. If you ever wanted to install third-party apps, or any apk that isn’t available on the Google Play Store for Android TV, you may encounter difficulty on the new Chromecast with Google TV. While sideloading apps an error appears: “Unknown apps can’t be installed by this user”. But no worries, we can easily fix this for any app like the Xplore File Manager or any File Manager, Downloader, Filelinked, TVBro, etc.
