You can use just one, or both and without the need of a band to hold them together, they stay still and secure in your ear even when you use them during your fitness workout. They come with two different tips (in color and also in size) so they can have the best fit for your ear, staying in place without falling out.
The pairing process is as easy as any Bluetooth headphones, although it may seem confusing at first. Each earbud shows up separately in the list of pairable devices but you only need to pair one, then you pair the earphones to each other just by holding them close. They also have a built-in microphone so you can also use them if you want to take a phone call. While using it for calls, only one of the two earbuds is actually working.
